Sleep re-boot delay

Hi, can the sleep re-boot delay be increased from 30 seconds to 60?

Sounds like the ideal situation would be to have an item in 'Settings' for Bootup Delay. Enter a number of seconds or 0 for instant start (on debugged software only!)
