Is there a way to disable the serial debug messages ?

Not currently but you can ise serial2. That serial interface only sends and recives what you send it.

Thank you for your reply, by the way I tried to send null char trought the serial port and as for the strings
the result is the same, I was thinking a option as a "man on the middle" for modbus communications but
I'm chained eventually with baud rate and parity matters, so forget by now about modbus.
Do You think that in future it will be possible have like a tick box on the setting menu where you can disable these serial debug messages?
