HELP NEW FLASH SONOFF AND ESP-12 F?

But now I am in a problem buy new SonOff and ESP-12 (No nodeMCU), complete Flassher achievement (this repeated several times) both SonOff and ESP-12, but do not raise, the network "Esp ......" does not appear as before .
