Thanks for the input and the advice. It is good practice to add a Serial.print with the version number.
I compiled the software on a different computer and it will be impossible for me to install the exact libraries I used then.
However, I am pretty confident I know which version I used before by now.
From now on I will add the version number statement in the source code...
