I have a project I've been working on and it's going great but I really need to be able to set the Captive-Portal Option during the DHCP offer. From what I've been reading, the DHCP server is part of the LWIP library.
Is anyone else interested in this option? I am new and I'm not quite sure how to go about getting this accomplished. I'm assuming that I will need to make my changes to LWIP and recompile the RTOS SDK and install it. Does the RTOS SDK get installed every time you update code on the ESP8266? If not, is there a special process for updating the it?
I'm just trying to understand how things work better so that I can make the changes myself. Any help is greatly appreciated.
