Hi.
I am working on a project where I would like to recieve an SMS when someone rings the doorbell.
My apartment have a Aiphone GH-1AD, and this unit sends out 4,8 volts on one of its pins when someone rings the doorbell.
I would like this 4,8 volt signal to wake up my ESP, so that my SMS script can run. I am planning to use a lipo-battery to power the ESP.
I am mainly a programmer, so I need some help with the hardware-stuff. What are the best approach to wake up the ESP from a external 4,8 signal? I would like to keep my ESP-circuit as separate as possible from the doorbell-system.
