I am sending out the following commands(after initialising the ESP8266).

AT version:0.50.00(sep 18 2015 20:55:38)
SDK version 1.4.0


TX > AT+CIPSTART=4,"TCP","192.168.16.47",7705,0
RX >ERROR
RX >4, CLOSED

//Device then reboots

Can this be confirmed as a bug? If so who should I connect about bug fixes?
