I have followed the steps from (the website) http://www.xess.com/blog/esp8266-reflash/ to flash a ESP8266 . Everything worked until I tried to communicate through Putty. I put the circuit in normal mode by leaving GPIO0 unconnected. When I press reset I get "system ready, Vendor:www.ai-thinker.com". Then, when I type an AT-command (like AT+RST) and press enter, I get no responses. Do somebody know what the issue might be? Thanks.
