AT extended wifi connecting command

i recently bought 2 esp8266 v1. After some playing around i 've got a problem:
My Wifi isn't strong enough at my room, so i'm using a router as a repater.
When i search for wifis on my esp i get 2 entrys because it also finds the signal of the weak router. Of course both with the same name but with another mac address. How can I tell the esp which wifi to take? I can't use the names because they are the same and the esp throws out an error.
