I have been developing with the nodemcu using the Arduino IDE for a year now and all of a sudden the tools/board dropdown lost all entries to the esp8266. I checked the preferences and the http://arduino.esp8266.com/stable/packa ... index.json is there as it always has been. I tried to connect via internet to http://arduino.esp8266.com/stable/packa ... index.json with no luck.
I even tried http://arduino.esp8266.com but same problem. This site can’t be reached. arduino.esp8266.com’s server DNS address could not be found.
It looks like site just dropped off the dns address list. Anyone else seeing this?
