- Thu Jul 06, 2017 11:31 am #67981 The ESP-12S module has a ground pad but I haven't found a recommended footprint for it. I have a PCB that used the ESP-12E which didn't have the ground pad and now I'm using that same PCB with the ESP-12S. Has anyone used this pad for real? Any performance improvements? What kind of thermals did you use on the PCB pad?
