Looking some help with Wemos D1 mini + Led string idea based

- Tue Aug 01, 2017 3:45 pm #68774 I am new to this IoT stuff, but after I've watched a video where a guy connected a Wemos D1 mini with a LED strip (SW2812B), I've already knew I want it too.

I would like to ask somebody, who familiar in these projects, is it possible to command a Wemos with external buttons (for example metal push buttons) and with this controlled device another Wemos (via wifi) which controls the led strip and the lightning effects (for example rainbow, pulsing etc.)?
