ESP8266-01 battey power

I'm trying to use esp8266 for a while and ı break down 2 modules already ı think it is time to get professional ideas
Here is my problem, when ı purchase the module first thing I do is try to connect it with usb to serial converter and send AT comment but when ı connect usb to pc coolterm come up with this error:
When ı cut connection between esp and serial converter coolterm see COM4.
Second part of problem is when ı supply esp with 2 AA battery (total 3v) it response most of keyboard alphabet inputs but not all of them
it took some letters correctly but other times it wont take or print different sembols. I tried all baud rates and ı dont have any ideas left about this situation.
