can find and ping but no connect possible to the ESP8266

Please help me a step further:
with the MSP430-Launchspad at 9600 baud and GP102=high, I boot the ESP8266 commands AT+CMODE=2, AT+CIFSR, AT+ CIPMUX=1, AT + CIPSERVER=1,80 and AT+ SAP=SIDNAME,PASWOORD, 0,0 to the ESP8266 01 or 03 to be a Server and this AT communication works fine, and to be sure I make the GP102 low. At this moment the 192.168.4.1 is ping able in the AIR but unfortunately I cannot connect it.
The 01 versions I used are ESP-9d0058 -0.9.2.4 the other 03:
AT + MGR: 0020000903 compiled @ dec. f52014 19 43 31 AIT Hinker-20141206
What do I have the do the potential very nice module will connect and communicate?
