Hi, I got a problem with esp8266 supply ... If i connect it through USB port of PC and a DC Step LOW to 3.3v this works fine. However, if i connect it to phone charger, the wifi module doesn't work fine. Appear strange symbols. Do you know why?

I have seen that there are people that use a parallel capacitor.. Is there relation with this problem? What type of capacitor? thanks

Hi.
What is the rated output voltage and current of your phone charger?
Capacitors (1-100n) filter high freqeuency noises of input voltage - higher capacitances are energy storage allow to avoid voltage drop under load. I don't know if this is realtion with your problem - you can check (if you have oscilloscope) input voltage of esp - ampltude of noises shouldn't be more than 50-100mV.
