I don't understand why after I call the command
AT+CIPSTART=0,"TCP","elegant-moment-843.appspot.com",80

we get

OK
Linked

and then after 5 seconds or less

OK
Unlink

I don't have enough time to do AT+CIPSEND.
I'm thinking it might be my connection to my wifi access point because it's the school internet.

SOLVED: Apparently it was the school internet fault for unlinking too quickly. I solved it by making my own hotspot on my phone, connected to it from the esp and did my commands and worked.
