in my home network I have a AP, Fritzbox with ethernet LAN ports and WiFi.
The ESP8266 connects well to AP via WLAN, I can access to it with my smartphone, connected to the same WLAN net. The ping works from Fritzbox itself.
But access via PC, conneted to LAN ports, doesn't work. Other WLAN devices work well.
I can "arping" the ESP8266, it answers, but the regulair ping command fails and therefore http access doesn't work.
60 bytes from 18:fe:34:9e:e3:e7 (192.168.5.132): index=0 time=1.001 sec
60 bytes from 18:fe:34:9e:e3:e7 (192.168.5.132): index=1 time=1.001 sec
...
PING 192.168.5.132 (192.168.5.132): 56 data bytes

nothing

I tried a lot of different firmware, AT, NODEMCU, Frankenstein, always the same,

I appreciate every hint.

supposedly, your fritzbox is out of date.
at least the version of my fritzbox is older than the one mentioned before

yes, could be, and I have a customer firmware "freetz" installed
but, what I don't understand,
I haven't any problems with other devices, connected via WiFi to the fritzbox.
I can ping a wireless printer, webcam, picture frame.

It seems to me it is just an problem with ESP8266
