ESP8266 Community Forum

I am facing a problem with some WiFi routers. The ESP8266 is not able to reconnect after a modem restart.
I tried with a hard reset (restarting the ESP8266 module by pressing the RST button) and still doesn't connect. I have turn the ESP8266 Off then back On so it connects properly.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this issue ?

- Tue Aug 06, 2019 3:35 am #83373 Even I am facing this situation and I Have tried different disconnect / reconnects, all resulting in the same stale state. At times this is resulting in a crash on the WiFi begin line and can anyone of you suggest a proper solution to this.
