Change program start from 0x40000 to somewhere else

Is it possible to change the start address from 0x40000 to somewhere else? I need about 230kByte for my webserver files, and from 0x12000 to 0x40000 that's only about 180kByte. So I would like to change the address of the start, because this file needs only about 150kByte.
