TTL/FTDI board with 5V VCC and 3.3V TX/RX

I'm looking for a TLL / FTDI board, whatever these are called, to convert USB to VCC,GND,TX,RX pins. I need the VCC to be 5V and TX/RX 3.3V. Something like this, but ideally in a form factor like this.
The breakout board linked above, and many other I found online, can be switched between 5V and 3.3V, by changing the voltage of VCC and TX/RX pins together. I need something with 5V power and 3.3V IO.
Do you know where I can find such a board ?

Many boards have both a 3 volt and 5 volt output and the jumper only changes the logic level voltage. They don't have a single Vcc pin.

If you only want +5,GND,TX,RX on only a 4 pin connector then this module can be use. Populat the connector on only the four positions you want. If you needed a female connector you would have to get that

I use a lot of the first converter, I have never used the second with that chip.

Thanks for the links !
I read the CP2102 has an issue, having the voltage of the TX/RX pins ~4.2V. Here is the solution to the problem.
