ESP8266-01 not responding after touching 2 pins

Hi!
I just received my ESP8266-01 that I successfully flashed with NodeMCU firmware programmer. I was then able to communicate with it using a serial connection. But I accidentally touched the GPIO2 and RST pin: the blue LED then blinked. And I couldn't communicate with it anymore.
So I reflashed NodeMCU with success but again, I can do nothing with the serial.
Do you know what can I do to solve that? That's pretty weird, I cannot communicate with it but the flashing does work. So I don't think I burned the ESP8266...
Thanks for your precious help.
