ESP-12 and ESP-201 with power problem after updated firmware

I received my ESP-12 (and another ESP-201) connected with a USB To TTL adapter and power with 3.3v selected (power just from the usb adapater).
Typing AT+GMR returns 0018000902
After uploading with the newest firmware and restart , serial output shows several errors and reboots again, again, ... and again...
If I select 5v power, in USB adapter, it works without any problem. It happens both ESP.
How can I restore to the original firmware, or where can I find it?
I want to check if it could be some problem originated by the firmware.
