ESP8266 Community Forum

I know that Espressif ask for proposals on new features - like here:

My registration there never got fixed so I cannot post there, but could somebody raise the question about so important "on WIFI connected callback" routine?
I really hate to make silly polling in timer to check when status had changed. I would like to see this "event" signaled like rest of the internal events (tcp connect cb, received cb and so on).

Sorry to hear about the signing up for this board. Same thing happened to me. The board software has unpleasant issues but most can tolerate the unpleasant features since this board has an active group of posters.
