I managed to connect and readout a pms7003 connected to an esp8266 with arduino code. The sensor does something weird however. Every 99 seconds it steeply increases dust levels as if a constant was added to the readings for 10 seconds and then returns again to its normal values. I tried two different sensors, active and passive mode, changed out power source and library uses (pms.h and pmserial.h). Same thing. Does anyone have an idea about what is wrong?

- Mon Jun 28, 2021 12:36 pm #91785 Hi, I managed to fix it myself. Apearantly some debug message was sent to the same serial the pms7003 was connected to. This message resulted in a reset of the pms7003 and during the first 10 seconds the measurement results were erratic.
