good to all, I would like to know if there is any esp8266 project similar to bluetooth ble but for wifi that my phone detects me through the phone's wifi automatically and turns on the lights

Create some code that will put your ESP in promiscuous mode and let it do something when it sees the MAC address of your phone
Will probably not work with iPhones (link is to ESP32 forum, but is similar in this respect; I noticed the same behaviour a couple of years ago)

that may be true for modern Android too as there is some option for random wifi mac
