ESP8266 OpenTherm

I am experimenting with an ESP8266. It measures the temperature via a Diyless OpenTherm board using a sensor connected to pin 14 (see sketch https://diyless.com/blog/domoticz-opentherm-thermostat).
However, I do not want to use the temperature sensor on the board, but an indoor temperature sensor via Domoticz. Can someone help me how to adapt the sketch so that it no longer measures with the temperature sensor on the print but via a temperature sensor via Domoticz.
