ESP8266 not reacting

Just joined and i have problem with ESP8266(ESP-07s), i was trying to learn how to connect UNO to Wi-Fi using ESP8266, watched few tutorials, read a few guides, every time i tried them i got some kind of error that i couldn't solve, then locked myself from receiving data from esp (0 response after sending AT command), which after 30min of trial and error fixed. I have no idea what to do, maybe I'm just stupid, all i wanted to do is to make damn automatic plant watering system with some analog sensors for my mom.
