ESP does not respond to any command but I can flash it ?

I just end up in the wierd situation. I was working on improvement to my simple program and suddenly my module stopped working, and does not respond for any command.. but if I try to flash it everything seems to be working and I'm able to finish flashing. That's it - no command after flashing.
If I connect another module it seems to be working fine.
Any idea what might happen ?

Chip select high and GPIO0 floating on boot?

For flashing GPIO0 is connected to ground - and it's working fine. I'm able to flash it.
After this GPIO0 is disconnected and this is the part when chip does not respond.
Yes it was working before.
