Screen Command Can't Connect to ESP8266

I'm new here and also a new user of ESP8266. Currently I make a small project by using ESP8266 and DHT 11. I got a strange problem when monitoring the serial with screen command via my OS X terminal. Below is the screenshot:
It often shows message "SetTTY (fd 5): ioctl failed: Invalid argument", and nothing was printed to the console. Sometimes if I restarted my mac, it would solve the problem, but after several "coding...flashing...run...coding...flashing...run", the "SetTTY (fd 5): ioctl failed: Invalid argument" message was coming back, and restarted the mac couldn't solve the problem. Then after some restart, it solve the problem again. It's annoying
Anybody know why is it happen? I'm using Prolific PL2303 USB-TTY to flash the firmware from mac to ESP8266.
