How to use libat.a?

Hi,
Whatever I want is if the input has "AT+" prefix, it's consider to be AT
command. Otherwise, I'd like to process the input by my application.
It seems that when using libat.a, the uart input is handled by libat.a.
I found may projects in github also include uart driver in the application.
So I'm confused about how to integrate libat.a with other applications.
