Can ESP replace Zigbee apps given deep sleep (10uA)?
Posted: Thu May 21, 2015 9:30 pmESP8266 has a very low deep sleep current consumption (<10uA). Is it possible to use ESP8266 to replace Zigbee in IoT use cases when the sensor send data to cloud at interval of 10 minutes? Since ESP8266 remains in deep sleep most of the time, will its power consumption be good enough to replace Zigbee?
