many epc1=0x40106d4e (...) after SDK update from 1.0 to 1.2

After updating SDK to 1.2 (from 1.0) after flashing I got repetitive (about 10 per second) messages like:

Fatal exception (0):


After restarting device it's just bootloader message and nothing else. What can be the reason?
