I have used the AT+IPR 9600 to change from 115200 to 9600 Baud in the module (5 pin ESP8266), at it worked fine until I've disconnected the power and re connect. I done this twice with the same results, I've tried to reset the module but it trhows garbage back in any baudrate. Anyone having the same experience or having a solution?

- Wed Jun 08, 2016 5:52 am #48760 I had run same command to change baud rate from 115200 to 9600. Now I'm getting garbage value for every baud rate.
Please help if someone has solved this problem.

I had done *and read after the fact) that one of the BAUD RATE commands doesnt work.. and there is a NEW ONE.

I dont recall which was which off hand.. but worth a search for sure!

I had to actually re-flash my firmware (couple times) to get things back to 'normal' (so to speak)
