Let's nail down entire competition. Nothing is known about those chips yet, except that they're made by the company who harasses people who faithfully obey company's own licensing terms:

Qualcomm is a total pain to work with. Basically if you aren't going to spend $1M buying chips from them they don't want you for a customer.
