Just figured I would share this with people after weeks of looking I think I found something similar to what I would like to accomplish while not quite it ... While I will not be using it I thought hey this is pretty awesome and would work for most folks out there oddly I haven't seen any mention of this!

Excellent project well worth the share might be helpful to all you ESP8266 folks out there!

Tried it out. ESP would happily flash andand be switchable with say:
http://ESP_IP/control?cmd=GPIO,2,1

BUT Domoticz Tutorial
http://www.esp8266.nu/index.php/Main_Page#Tutorials

would not help me integrate / communicate with server

any clue what is wrong?

no idea really to be honest just something I ran across and found interesting to see people using personally I'm on a different path using LUA so my education on this project is just knowing of it as an option more or less.

Wish I could be of more help and sorry for not answering sooner but some how I was unsubbed to this post.

Oh I just remembered reading something about a generic device or something like that that you have to add it as but I don't recall where too much other stuff on the brain.
