ISO partnership with ESP8266 guru

Greetings! I arrived at this website while reading up on the ESP8266 and capabilities, and just signed up to make some new connections. I'm familiar with electronics but I've spent my career in product design and mechanical engineering. While I'm interested in learning more electronics & programming, the learning curve is too steep to knock out this project in a timely manner.
I'd like to use the ESP8266 (12?) to digitize and/or stream audio, not necessarily continuously. Overall, it should be relatively simple for the right partner. The search result that led me here is this thread.
I'm looking for an equity split. I already have some interest, a mock up, and the experience to bring this to market. I've been developing products for 20 yrs, and have an assortment of patents, but have only recently begun licensing items independently.
I hope this is an appropriate forum for this inquiry, I have nothing to sell, and am not looking to buy- only for a partner to start this discussion.
Thanks for any help!
