Wifi - FAIL a moment after successfully CONNECTED

I am very new to esp8266 and I am using it with Arduino MEGA 2560. After searching how to use them, I try to connect the ESP-01 Module to my home wifi using AT Command (AT+CWJAP="SSID","PASSWORD") and it reply with "WIFI CONNECTED", but after a moment it sent another message said "FAIL" then "WIFI DISCONNECT". What am I do wrong? or it always like that so I have to connect the wifi again? Anyone get same problem?
