How RAM and ROM is allocated in ESP-WROOM-02 Module

I have flashed AT firmware 0.50 which is based on SDK 1.4.0 firmware which is NON-OTA Firmware.

I want to understand that how RAM and ROM with SPI Flash is allocated and howmuch RAM and ROM is freed after starting board.

Please let me know if anyone has idea for that.

what is exact meaning of following logs which are comming in AT Firmware which starting board?

load 0x40100000, len 28076, room 16
tail 12
chksum 0x66



Please let me know if anyone has idea about this.
