ESP8266 Community Forum

Recently I flashed the mqtt library from https://github.com/tuanpmt/esp_mqtt. on to an esp8266-01. When I restart the module, i can see the red led lit brightly for about a second, after that led becomes very dim and i cannot access it through terminal.
Is this a voltage related issue? I am using a 3v3 external source with 500mA current.
