Only garbage on serial

I have an ESP8266-01 module and tried to flash with v1.1.1.1ATFirmware.bin but an error was occurred on firmware sending, now, I only see garbage on serial output on any speed of connection. I tried to send some code using Arduino IDE and tried to flash new firmwares but, aways, getting only garbage on serial.
Is possible to recover my ESP-01 or it is bricked forever?
