ESP auto logoff/reconnect

Funny things happen, and if there is a place to ask questions, I suppose it is here
I have made this project:

Working like a charm..... For some time (1-2 hours). Then the ESP decides to loose the connection to the IOT server!
If I ping the ESP it reacts and tells my that it is alive. The local button works fine.
It is as if there is some kind of timeout on the connection to IOT-Playground.
Or the connection gets lost and the ESP cannot reconnect.
Can anybody give me a hint where to look for a solution ?
Or better, tell me the solution
Or suggest another project that is similar.
