I wonder if some one could help me going further to communicate with this esp board model 4 , all I can do is read at boou-up , no reaction to AT , I am new to this chip and need help,
Any advice welcomed !

Try 115200 this is what most modules are shipped with
If its newer firmware it could be 9600

maybe you have iot firmware in your module and its not respond at command. can you try flash lastest at firmware?
