I'm trying the firmware update, but i've the next error when try to connect

i'm using a CP2102 only the PINs TxD and RxD, the GND and Power supply are external font. The connection between ESP8266 and CP2102 is the next

ESP8266 CP2102 Power Supply
RX TX -
TX RX -
Vcc, CH_PD and Reset 3.3 V
GND GND
