I've by mistake connected IO13 with VCC (3.3v) with other connections as:

IO13 to VCC (by-mistake)

IO15 to GND
CHIP_EN to VCC
VCC to + (3.3v source)
GND to - (3.3v source)

for 2-3 times with the duration of 1-2 minutes.

My 3.3V Step-Down (when by mistake connected IO13 with VCC) Power Supply Module AMS1117 has damaged, but I don't know
after this connection and power supply, my ESP8266-201 module is damaged or ok ?
