USB to UART driver won't install (Win7 x64)

I just got my NodeMCU 1.0 board today...
Connected it to my Win 10 32 laptop, installed the Silicon Labs CP210x USB to UART drivers, and everything is working great.
BUT
I can't get the USB drivers installed on my Windows 7 x64 desktop.
I install the 64 bit driver, and it tells me the install was a success.
But when I plug in the board, look at device manager, I see "No drivers are installed for this device. "

Any ideas?
USB cable is good.

SOLVED.
I did a clean install of Windows 7 x64 and the SiLabs driver still wouldn't install.
I did some more digging, and eventually solved it by installing the Win 7 driver from CH Instruments here:
