You are probably in AP-only mode, you should either be in STA or STA+AP mode.

That's another problem, my ESP does not accept any command, for example, if I send AT, the modulo responds with ERROR, and for all commands is the same answer, except for AT+CIPMUX=1 and AT+CIPSERVER, for these commands, the modulo responds with OK
