Cheers I think I am in the middle of a bad dream or something, finished the bread board version successfully last night, transferred it to a PCB, exactly the same as the bread board, nothing. Got that annoyed thought right, get the EPS8266 version sorted out, no, won't stop crashing and that is just connecting to wifi.

Check regulator, mostly of the time the trouble comes from PSU. What was your last choice for it?
Check Voltage Regulator input and output caps. What values and type are you using there?
Also theck decoupling caps all over the place.
I was fiddling by my ESP8266 nEXT EVO board PCB for so many days and changed a lot of designs and versions so I understand your frustrations. Is not so easy to end with a stable, long-time running ESP board, no matter how east might look.

- Fri Jul 15, 2016 8:06 am #50794 All of my ESP8266-01's doing this now and saving to eprom no longer works. Continuous circle enter credentials on access point then either crash and start again or says success reboot then goes back into access point, never known anything like this, the template I use for all the esp8266-01 have been working for months.

The issue with the PCB was with an ATMEGA328, the issue above is from the ESP8266-01, no regulators etc I use the foca v2 which has 3.3v for dev which is what I was doing. I have found one of my old projects that doesn't crash all of these projects I have just tested were completed and functioning correctly. They are now all crashing this one that doesn't is constantly losing MQTT connectivity but not resetting just continually connecting back to the broker.
