thanks for the quick response.
I know that RTC memory address 64 should not be used, thats why I used RTC memory address 65 in my code, but still I am facing the same issue. I am using the latest SDK 1.5.4.

I dont know where I am wrong as its basic code for RTC memory_write/read
I am using SDK 1.5.4 with Arduino 1.6.8.
