ESP8266EX with arduino uno and Java socket issue

I have a java program that I want communicate with ESP8266EX using java socket. But this doesn't work.
could please help me to find witch program to upload in the arduino uno + ESP8266, and how to communicate between ESP8266 and the Java program.
