Can't Send Data to ESP8266-1

I can't send data to ESP8266-1 even though my phone is connected to ESP8266 AP. However, it works fine from time to time. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong?

Do you guys have any idea?

Difficult to say since you didn't mentioned which firmware you are using ...
Is it AT firmware ? ArduinoESP, ESPBasic or Lua ?
